   Within this module you will find the instructions to IP Forwarding
        automatic IP redirecting.
      

  
      You
need to know your Local IP address first. Prerequisite
        reading  Find Current Computer IP Address  and
        Find WAN IP Address
 

                                        
 
 

 

 

 

      Open Internet Explorer; type IP Address        Open Internet Explorer

      Enter the default login
        ID:
admin
         
pw: no password

      After you have logged in, you should see the main menu.
                                         
 

 

 

 

 

  Setup Internet Access

      You are now in the main menu

      To setup your Internet Access, select WAN 
  
 

In Setup Wizard, Select WAN

 



 



    
Setup your Internet Access
       We recommend using only a Static IP.
       Static IP provides you with an address that will not change.
       Dynamic IP is an address that changes making it difficult for you
       to view remotely if the address has changed.

 

Select Static IP Address


 


 

 

 
  Setup IP Forwarding
  



     Click Advanced tab at top

 
    Click Virtual Server 

     Select Virtual Server from list
       (Remote View is example)

 
    Change Private IP to your
       local IP

     Click Apply  
  

In Advanced Settings, Select Virtual Server


 





 


  Adding A New Setting



      Select Virtual Server Name  

  
   Change Private IP to your Local IP address
  

      Change Private Port to Public Port #; Port 80 is already in the list
        and only needs to be enabled.  You only need to add those that
        you need.

      Click Apply to add 

Enable Selected Virtual Server


 

 

 

 

  Setup Internet Access

  
      Make sure that the Firewall is set as
ALLOW TO PING from
        outside 

 
Set as ALLOW TO PING


 

 

 

 

   Check Status

      If the WAN is showing no IP address, you are not connected to
        the Internet

      Make sure that you have entered an IP address
  
 

Check Status
